Grape Varieties: 60% Tasca and 40% Inzolia
Region: The region of Regaleali on the southern island of Sicily.
Vinification: This wine was first made in 1985 and was dedicated by Giuseppe to his wife Franca on their 50th wedding Anniversary.
Vinification: The grapes are handpicked before going through controlled temperature fermentation during which time Malolactic fermentation also takes place. The wine receives no oak treatment and is left in the bottle a minimum of six months before release.
Characteristics: Medium yellow in colour with green tinges. A fresh fruity wine with nutty aromas and a tropical fruit palate.
Serve: chilled to 12°C
Try With: Antipasto, poultry dishes, fresh salads and grilled fish.
