1999 Stonehaven Cabernet Merlot

Very deep crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of earth and truffle, followed by spice, liquorice strap and blackcurrant. The palate flavours are tight, with stewed plum, earth and leather emerging. Fine dry tannins followed by an aftertaste of earth, leather, spice and stewed fruit.
