Deep crimson colour with mauve edges. Distinctive nose with the aroma of spice and cinnamon dominant over a background of plum and blackcurrant. On the palate the cinnamon oak flavours are dominant, leaving the cedar and blackcurrant flavour components a little subdued. Firm structure, with fine grained tannins and acid on the high side. Aftertaste of spice and cinnamon. Cellar 3-4 years.

Very deep crimson colour. Spice, chocolate and cedar with stewed fruit end notes. Tight knit palate. Flavours of stewed fruit and blackcurrant. Very fine, dry tannins, which linger long into the aftertaste. Cellar 3-4 years.
