1999 Springvale Gewurztraminer

Bright pale straw colour. The nose is attractive with aromas of spice and lychee, displaying good varietal character but not overpowering. Full bodied palate, sweetish, with generous flavours of ripe tropical fruit. Mouthfilling, but lacking varietal integrity. Good balance with hints of citrus and sweet tea on the aftertaste. Cellar 1-2 years.
