1999 Seppelt Salinger Pinot Noir Chardonnay

The wine has a good mousse, fine bead with moderate persistence. Straw colour. The nose is delicate with developed notes of toasted honey and biscuit. On the palate the toasted developed lees characteristics emerge, followed by biscuit and cashew. Generous creamy texture – slightly broad with yeasty lees and toast aftertaste.
