1999 Seaview Verdelho

A delightfully fresh summer wine. Bright pale straw colour, showing its youth. Aromatic nose with aromas of freshly cut tropical fruits, spice and ripe pineapple. The palate has both good weight and mouthfeel, but as expected from such a young wine lacks real complexity, but none the less there is plenty of flavour. Flavour of ripe tropical fruit, ripe apples and musk are well integrated with melon and mango end palate flavour. Clean crisp acid finish, followed by long ripe pineapple and mango aftertaste. Drink this summer and enjoy its freshness.
