1999 Pibbin Pinot Noir

This wine is at its peak. Translucent, brick red colour. Aroma of cherry, stalk, game and spice. The palate is light, but shows varietal flavour, with spice and cherry dominant. Moderate length. Velvet tannins, followed by an aftertaste of stalk, game and cherry.
