1999 Osborns Pinot Noir

Another disappointing Pinot. Light weight, brick red, onion brown colour. Aroma of strawberry jam followed by subdued notes of leather, spice and stewed fruit with just a hint of game. Light, dilute, palate flavours, lacking depth. Nuances of stewed fruit and spice, with a touch of bitterness. Soft tannins. Cellar 1-2 years.
