- Closure: Cork
Bright golden colour showing its bottle age. The nose reveals a green tea top note followed by cashew, biscuit and yeast lees. The palate displays plenty of developed flavours with biscuit and cashews followed by a hint of toast. The acidity is in balance and sufficient to keep the wine for another few years. Aftertaste of biscuit, yeast lees, cashews and hazelnut.
Cellar 1-2 years (2005-2006)
VALUE: XXX/5First Tasted: December 2002
This wine has been made by Stuart Anderson. Bright, pale gold colour, showing some developed character. Aroma of yeast lees and biscuit, followed by a hazelnut note. The palate is quite dry, dominated by secondary flavours of yeast lees, flor and almond. The acidity is quite crisp, giving the wine an austere sensation. Aftertaste of flor yeast and almond.
Cellar 3-4 years (2005-2006)
