An outstanding Chardonnay. Brilliant pale straw colour showing some oxidized character. The nose displays distinct barrel ferment aroma of nut, yeast lees and biscuit followed by toasted oak, butterscotch and cashews. Complex mouthfilling palate with fine counterpoint of toasted oak, flor yeast, biscuit and aniseed. Excellent length. Perfect balance with very long aftertaste. Cellar 3-4 years.
