1999 La Cache Methode Champenoise Rose

This blend is composed of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. Brilliant colour of salmon/damask however, the mousse and bead are short lived, with only moderate sized bead. The nose is delicate, with biscuit and nut notes emerging. Creamy texture, modest length. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of nougat and strawberry.
