Brilliant straw colour. The nose displays complexity and barrel ferment aromas. The distinct character of yeast lees and biscuit flavours are apparent, but without depth or concentration. Grapefruit, butterscotch and smoky lees aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years. A disappointment, given the past performances of this wine.
