A blend of 68% Cabernet and 32% Merlot. Very deep brick red colour. Medium body, with aroma of spice and blackcurrant, followed by earthy truffle notes. The palate flavours are light, with cedar, plum and blackcurrant emerging. Fine firmish tannins, followed by blackcurrant spice aftertaste. Cellar 1 – 2 years. (2002 – 2003)
