Grape variety: 100% Teroldego Rotaliano
Region: Trentino in the north of Italy
Characteristics: Deep red and Garnet in colour. Being only 700 feet above sea level there is the potential for this wine to have a long hot growing season that can produce a wine that is seen as one of the finest wines of the region beating the fine local competition. This wine is a delight to drink with an appetising perfume and like velvet on the palate. It is harmonious and has well balanced wood that doesn’t mask its fragrant character.
Serve: At room temperature
Try With: Goat or Oxtail and Game birds like Pheasant.
