Domaine Laurent Lebrun is a small Domaine of 9 hectares, producing Pouilly Fume Blanc. Situated at St Andelain, the soil is flint and gravel, covering a clay, limestone base. The vines have an average age of 25 years and yields are kept to a low 55 hectolitres. The low yielding vines and dedicated wine making produce wines of great finesse, perfect balance and exceptional length. 10% of the wines are aged in Seguin Moreau casks.

Tasting Notes: A magnificent example of Sauvignon Blanc. Brilliant pale straw colour. Superb nose- very European and without any resemblance to new world styles. Powerful, yet refined. Aroma of confectionary, a hint of musk and yeast lees over a herbaceous background. Mouthfilling palate flavours of confectionary, musk and flint, over a dry herbaceous background. Outstanding, length with extremely long aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years.
