A lean aperitif style. Very fine bead, with good mousse. Straw colour with a hint of green. The nose is quite subtle with aroma of cashew and yeast lees emerging. The palate has a grapefruit backbone, supported by a creamy texture. The acidity is balanced, followed by a long grapefruit aftertaste.
