A very appealling red. Deep crimson colour with mauve crimson hue. Perfumed nose of violets, red currant and spice. The palate has an impressive weight with flavours of cedar, blackcurrant, truffle and spice emerging. Fine grained dry tannins. Excellent balance, followed by a long aftertaste of spice, truffles and berries. Cellar 3-4 years. (2005-2006) Alc.Vol. 12.5%
