GRAPE VARIETY
Small grain Muscat and Muscat of Alexandria

VINIFICATION
A skin contact and an alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperatures is done to extract the flavours.When the desired level of residual sugar is attained, a "mutage" with neutral alcohol is carried out to keep 100 to 110 g/l of residual sugar.

MATURING
The wine is bottled within 6 months to keep the freshness.

TASTING
Colour : Pale gold.
Nose :Aromas of fresh grapes, citrus fruits, mango petal of rose.
Palate : Well-balanced, long-tasting, with an aromatic persistence. Young Muscat to be drunk cool (8 to 10 °C) at any time or with desserts. Older Muscat to be drunk at 15°C with flavoured dishes (blue cheese or even foie gras).
