1999 Bullers Classic Rose

A delightful summer drink with just a touch of residual sweetness. Light ruby red colour with mauve edges. The nose displays aromas of spice, raspberry and raspberry jubes followed by an hint of confectionary. The palate is quite fruity with flavours of freshly crushed ripe strawberries and waltham cross grapes. The sweetness can be toned down by a slight overchill. Clean finish. Drink over summer.
