The Brini Family have been growing grapes in McLaren Vale since 1953. This wine is a blend of 55% Shiraz and 45% Grenache. Deep crimson mauve colour, with mauve crimson hue. Perfumed nose of liquorice, dark chocolate, raspberry and spice. The nose has weight, with distinct flavours of spice, liquorice and raspberry, followed by an earthy back palate. Perfect balance, with long aftertaste of spice, black pepper, plum and liquorice.
