Very deep crimson mauve colour. Appealing nose of spice, vanilla and stewed fruit followed by earthy end notes with a touch of licquorice. The palate depth is a little light, but has plenty of flavour, with spice, black pepper and stewed fruits dominant. Fine grained tannins, followed by aftertaste of stewed fruit and licquorice. Cellar 2-3 years.
