This wine is displaying far too much developed character for a 1999. Bright, brassy gold colour. The aroma of the wine is broadening, revealing notes of toasted lees, cashew and biscuit. The palate is quite broad, with acidity dropping away. Broad butterscotch, yeast lees and hazelnut flavour. If you have any, drink up.
