Very deep crimson mauve colour. Aroma of earth, liquorice and ripe plum, followed by white pepper end notes. On the palate, intense white pepper, spice and plum flavours, followed by a hint of earthiness. Velvet smooth tannins, followed by a long white pepper, plum and spice aftertaste, with white pepper flavours persisting.
