The Baron Herzog Chenin Blanc is developing well from the last tasting, taking on nuances of honey and quince, reminiscent of Loire Chenins.

Bright straw colour. Aroma of spice and baked apple, showing some developed characteristics, followed by a hint of honey. The palate displays good weight and moderate length. Flavours of baked apple, quince, honey and spice emerge. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of quince, spice and baked apple.
