1998 Zema Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque crimson, black colour. Excellent aroma of blackcurrant, spice, vanilla and liquorice with an earthy end note. On the palate there is good weight and fine grained, but firm tannin structure. However, there is also a lack of great concentration. Flavours of plum, dark chocolate, liquorice and spice are present but appearing in a short burst. Warm finish with a chocolate, liquorice, spice aftertaste. Cellar 4-5 years.
