Bright, pale straw colour. Classic barrel ferment nose with aroma of yeast lees, butterscotch and cashews. Mouthfilling palate, with good weight and distinct flavours of melon, fig, yeast lees and butterscotch. Excellent balance with very long aftertaste of butterscotch and yeast lees. Cellar 2-3 years.
