1998 Yarra Burn Cabernet Sauvignon

A very classy, refined style. Very deep crimson colour with a black center. Lifted nose with aroma of violets, cedar, spice and blackcurrant followed by a liquorice end note. Very sniffable! The palate is mouthfilling with intense blackcurrant flavours perfectly integrated with cedar and spice. Fine grained soft tannins, excellent length and persistence, followed by a very long cedar blackcurrant aftertaste. Cellar 5-8 years.
