Bright pale straw colour. Intense aromatic nose, fresh, and filled with aromas of passionfruit, spice and tropical fruits - all just leaping out of the glass. The palate is mouthfilling with citrus, ripe melon, mango and tropical fruit flavours, followed by a clean crisp acid finish and very long lingering spice, citrus and melon aftertaste. A great summer drink. Cellar 1-2 years.
