Bright straw colour. The nose displays distinct Chardonnay varietal character imposed over a barrel ferment background. Aroma of butterscotch, yeast lees, melon and peach. Creamy texture with moderate palate length. Flavours of melon and toasted almond are evident. Soft acid finish, followed by a melon, peach and almond nut aftertaste.
