1998 Taylors St. Andrews Cabernet Sauvignon

A wine that has developed very well. Opaque deep brick red colour showing bottle age. Perfumed nose of violets, cedar, chocolate, blackcurrant and spice, showing considerable refinement. The palate has impressive weight and mouthfeel. Perfect balance with the flavour profile at its peak. Flavours of cigar box, blackcurrant, dark chocolate and leather. Fine grained tannins, soft, perfectly balanced.
