1998 Stonemont Macedon Brut

Bright straw colour, with fine bead which dissipates relatively quickly. The nose is quite subtle, with notes of yeast lees, a hint of flor followed by citrus and cashew end notes. Creamy texture, with flavours of tea leaf, flor sherry and citrus emerging. Crisp acidity with aftertaste of tea leaf and cashew.
