1998 Seppelt Original Sparkling Shiraz

The classic example of Sparkling Shiraz. Deep brick red crimson colour. Very good persistent bead. Aroma of subtle plum, followed by a hint of old leather and spice. Big creamy palate. Mouthfilling flavours of ripe plum, liquorice, old leather and earth. Soft acid finish, followed by long aftertaste of liquorice, old plum and leather.
