1998 Rosemount Estate G.S.M. Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre

A favourite of ours, and this wine is no disappointment to wine lovers who enjoy the full bodied style of rich Rhone like reds. This wine is filled with generous ripe fruit flavours, being 14.5% alcohol volume. Opaque crimson black colour. Distinct nose, with aromas of raspberry, plum, chocolate and toasted oak. Excellent palate weight and length with concentrated flavours of plum, liquorice and raspberry, which are transposed into the aftertaste. Excellent balance with fine grained tannins and first class use of toasted oak. Cellar 3-4 years.
