Region: The single vineyard Conca in the commune of Barolo in Piemonte.
Characteristics: The colour is a clear red colour with granite hues. The nose is of sweet fruit and is quite intense most likely due to the ageing of this wine for some time in Barrique. The palate is full of raspberries and blackberries and a touch of chocolate. It finishes long.
Serve: open prior and double decant.
Try With: Flavoursome and hearty dishes and good cheese.
