1998 Neagles Rock Vineyard Grenache Shiraz

Light mauve crimson colour, almost heavy rose in its density, which was somewhat of a surprise given the 20 year old vines. The nose displays aromas of spice, cherry and raspberry followed by a liquorice allsorts end note. The palate flavours are light and subtle, spicy liquorice and cherry are supported by fine grained soft tannins and a warm finish with a spicy raspberry end note.
