1998 Murdock Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is developing well. Opaque black crimson colour with very deep brick red hue, showing signs of bottle development. Aroma of dark chocolate, spice, blackcurrant and liquorice, followed by end notes of tea leaf, mushroom and confectionary. The palate displays impressive layers of complexity, quite mouthfilling with flavours of truffle, spice, blackcurrant, liquorice and confectionary emerging. Perfect balance, followed by long blackcurrant aftertaste.
