1998 Mt Tanglefoot Cabernet Franc

Bright crimson colour. Restrained nose with spice and plum aromas, but all too delicate for Cabernet Franc, whose nose should be more pronounced and have classic raspberry definition. On the palate flavours of plum and spice persist, good weight, a hint of vanilla and fine grained firmish tannins with plum spice aftertaste. Cellar 1-2 years.
