1998 Mount Langi Ghiran Billi Billi Creek Shiraz Grenache Cabernet Sauvignon

Trevor Mast has used his outstanding wine making skills to craft this very drinkable multi region red. Produced from fruit grown in McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley and at Ararat, the wine was matured in a combination of French and American oak casks. Deep crimson colour with mauve edge. Very appealing aroma of raspberry, liquorice, plum, spice and vanilla. The palate is generous with flavours of plum, blackcurrant, vanilla and chocolate. Very fine, soft tannins, followed by long vanilla, plum, raspberry and spice aftertaste. Cellar 3-4 years.
