The year may be described as classic, although marked by two unusual phenomena. Firstly the spectacular scorching of the grapes in August, with record temperatures of 40°C, which resulting in only a slight loss of harvest. This was followed by a very rainy first half of September. Those who were patient enough to wait before picking were rewarded by a period of miraculously fine weather. The grapes were healthy and of excellent maturity.

Pale yellow colour. Aroma of dried flowers, pear, apricot, brioche, toasted notes. The construction is harmonious and balanced: based on the purity of the composition and the fruit (apricot). There is an overriding and lasting impression of consistency and contained voluptuousness.
