This wine is showing signs of bottle age with its bright, pale golden colour. Subtle aromas of confectionary emerge followed by grassy hay notes and a hint of honeyed toast. Dry austere palate flavours with subtle honey and toast flavours. High acid backbone. Grassy / lemon aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years. (2006- 2007)
