A highly decorated Semillon which is developing well. The wine has been awarded 10 Gold Medals and 3 Trophies to date. Brilliant deep straw colour with green hue. Aroma of honey, toast, biscuit and cut hay. On the palate, some biscuit flavours appear, followed by a background of citrus, subtle nut and toast. Moderate length with acidity still remaining fresh. Long aftertaste of cut hay, biscuit and toast with citrus re-emerging.
