Vibrant straw green in colour. This is pristine Margaret River Chardonnay the classic aroma of pears, both dried and fresh, lifting strongly over the basic strata of minerals and spice on the powerful nose.It has a lovely delicate and flowing palate of medium weight fruit but also with intensity showing, The finish is full and the flavour of pears lingers in the mouth. A roasted sweet nutty aftertaste is evident long after the wine is swallowed.Excellent with crustaceans and fish.
