Medium body, crimson colour. The nose is delicately perfumed with notes of earth, spice and raspberry. The palate is a shocker! Lean, hard, with very sour cherry spoiled fruit flavours. Very dry, hard tannins which overwhelm every bit of fruit flavour leaving behind a bitter sour cherry aftertaste.
