A wine that is drinking perfectly now. Produced from Shiraz from various vineyard sites in the Yarra Valley and matured in French oak. Very deep crimson brick red colour, showing its age. Aroma of leather, spice and earth with obvious bottle developed character. On the palate, the velvet smooth tannin structure enhances the mature fruit flavours – stewed plum, earth and spice are dominant. Excellent balance with long spicy earth aftertaste.
