1998 Craiglee Shiraz

This season reminded us of the summer of 1997 - which produced another in our line of trophy-winning shiraz. Like 1997, we enjoyed a warm vintage and the wine exhibits a similar spicy and peppery nose, with a hint of red summer fruits. The palate is spicy and savoury, already in wonderful balance with the oak. The wine has excellent length and medium weight tannins. We'd expect it to cellar for 8 to 10 years.
