1998 Chatsfield Gewurztraminer

Bright pale straw colour. Delicate aromas of lychee, spice, tea leaf and loquat. On the palate the flavours again are quite subtle with lychee dominant. A straight forward style with subtle varietal character and long spicy finish and aftertaste. Cellar 3-4 years in order for the wine to gain a little more body weight and complexity.
