1998 Chateau La Fleur des Ormes

A restrained Pomerol that will blossom over the next few years. Deep brick red colour with crimson hue. Complex nose with aroma of violets, confectionary, cedar, spice, blackcurrant and dark chocolate. The palate displays a fine persistent backbone of dry tannins that are balanced off against flavours of cedar and spice. Aftertaste of blackcurrant and cedar.
Cellar 4-5 years. (2006-2007)
