The Brigstock is a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. Very deep crimson brick red colour. The nose is impressive with aroma of spice, vanilla, white chocolate and violets. The palate structure is quite tight with flavours of chocolate, plum and stewed fruit emerging. The wine has good length and mouthfeel. Fined grained tannins, followed by an aftertaste of stewed fruit and spice.
