Opaque crimson, purple black colour. The nose displays some Rhone like qualities with earthy plum, chocolate, vanilla, liquorice and spice notes. Full bodied palate with the flavours coming on as a short unsustained burst. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of plum, spice, vanilla, and stewed fruit. Cellar 4-5 years.
