1998 Basedow Barossa Valley Semillon

This wine offers both age and affordability. Deep brassy gold colour, showing signs of early bottle development, with aromas of green tea, vanilla and nut over a grassy background. Mouthfilling palate with flavours of ripe tropical fruits and vanilla oak, followed by a very distinct spicy oak back palate which carries all the way through to the aftertaste. An excellent value for money and affordable early drinking wine.
